What Windows 7 Services Can I Disable

1. Run msconfig.exe
2. Disable everything under the Startup tab
3. Under the Services tab, tick the box that hides the Microsoft services
4. Disable what is left
5. Reboot

You can disable pretty much anything yous want.  Whether your computer volition withal role equally you would similar it to do after that is another question.

For results of someone who has systematically investigated Windows vii services, run across http://www.blackviper.com/service-configurations/black-vipers-windows-7-service-pack-1-service-configurations/

As far as Windows vii "features" are concerned, go to Command Panel > Programs and Features and click "Turn Windows features on or off."  You can turn off all of those features, again depending on how you would like your arrangement to function.

What if you disable something and the system no longer boots - how will you recover?

Before tinkering make a manual Arrangement Restore point then in the event something goes incorrect (like a no kicking scenario) you volition exist able to restore the system to the date/time prior to the tinkering.
